Responsibilities

• Develop and apply machine learning models to predict sequence-to-property relationships
• Design and train state-of-the-art foundation models using multimodal biological data
• Create scalable data-processing and model-training workflows for large-scale datasets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define modeling objectives and interpret experimental results
• Communicate scientific findings through presentations and written summaries to stakeholders
