Senior DBA

Fam is seeking a Senior DBA with 5-8 years of experience to manage mission-critical databases across relational, NoSQL, and analytical engines in on-premise and AWS cloud environments. This role is responsible for ensuring uptime, performance, scaling, disaster recovery, and audit readiness for the data stores supporting a regulated UPI and fintech platform. The position requires collaboration across Engineering, Data, Security, and Compliance teams to design, operate, and optimize database infrastructure.
