Senior Demand Planner

The Senior Demand Planner owns the end-to-end demand forecasting process for a portfolio of consumer products, blending statistical forecasting with cross-functional collaboration to create accurate demand plans. This role partners with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to balance service levels, inventory investment, and working capital within a fast-moving retail and CPG environment. The position involves facilitating consensus forecast reviews, monitoring forecast accuracy, and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.
