Senior Design Manager (Structures/Infrastructure)

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design development of major high-value car parking structure projects in Dubai, transforming a flagship development into a world-leading events and exhibitions destination. The role involves overseeing the multidisciplinary design process from concept through detailed design, procurement, and construction, ensuring the design is coordinated, buildable, and aligned with programme requirements. The position requires close collaboration with the senior project manager and wider project leadership team to manage design consultants, resolve technical issues, and support authority approvals.
