Senior Design Manager

This role provides leadership across multiple projects, supporting Senior Design Managers and Design Managers in delivering coordinated, compliant, and buildable design solutions. The position acts as the escalation point for technical and design issues, leads technical input into bids, and ensures consistency of design management practices across all schemes. The role involves mentoring staff, overseeing design programmes, and coordinating with various teams to ensure practical and cost-effective design solutions. It requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, high-rise residential projects.
