Senior Design Manager

The Senior Design Manager leads the design delivery of complex multidisciplinary infrastructure and land development projects across the Middle East region, managing the full design lifecycle from pre-concept planning through construction support. This role requires strong technical leadership, project management capability, and the ability to coordinate large multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. The position also involves active participation in business development, strategic growth initiatives, and the continuous improvement of design delivery processes.
