Senior Design Manager

The Senior Design Manager leads the design process and manages relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure the efficient development and delivery of designs across multiple projects in the West Midlands region. The role involves overseeing compliance with CDM 2015, mitigating design risks, and managing statutory processes such as Planning and Building Control. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and ensure buildability and safety in design.
