Senior Development Analyst

This role involves shaping the growth and delivery of the logistics development pipeline by producing and maintaining robust development feasibilities that drive critical decisions across land acquisition, master-planning, and project delivery. The position requires contributing to investment papers, project control groups, and financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting, to provide broad exposure across the full development lifecycle. It serves as a key link between the Logistics Development and Investment Management teams, supporting financial analysis and stakeholder engagement.
