Senior Development Officer

The Senior Development Officer is a senior individual contributor responsible for building and managing a portfolio of major-gift donors and prospects at the $10,000+ level. The role involves developing personalized strategies to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors to advance the organization's mission and strategic priorities. This position works closely with leadership and colleagues to translate organizational priorities into compelling donor opportunities and exercises independent judgment in strengthening relationships and advancing major gifts.
