Senior Development Officer

The Senior Development Officer builds a pipeline of major gifts to secure funding for JUMP Math's mission of creating a more numerate and equitable society through mathematics education. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of prospects and donors, developing targeted fundraising strategies, and cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and organizations. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership to establish goals, execute campaigns, and report on progress to meet annual fundraising targets.
