The Salesforce DevOps Engineer role is responsible for owning and evolving a modern, source-driven Salesforce delivery ecosystem at scale. The position focuses on transforming how Salesforce applications are built, packaged, validated, and released using Salesforce DX and advanced CI/CD practices. This role directly impacts product stability, engineering velocity, and customer trust by enabling high-frequency, reliable, and secure deployments. The engineer will also act as a DevOps leader, influencing engineering strategy and DevOps maturity across multiple scrum teams.
