Senior Director, Business Analytics

The Senior Director, Business Analytics is a strategic leadership role responsible for partnering with Diagnostics business leaders to define and execute the analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap that enables data-driven decision-making across the organization. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, this role will translate business objectives, challenges, and opportunities into actionable analytics, reporting, visualization, and AI-enabled solutions that drive operational performance, business growth, and customer value. The position will lead the end-to-end delivery of business analytics solutions, from requirements discovery and solution design through development, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
