Senior Director, Business Applications

The Senior Director, Business Applications at Olema Oncology reports to the VP of Information Technology and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all G&A business systems to support the company’s transition toward commercialization and growth. This leader will manage roadmap, budget, vendor relationships, and a high-impact team to harden systems for scalability, audit readiness, and SOX compliance. The role partners cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and R&D, and evaluates AI-driven tools and automation to drive digital transformation. The position is based in San Francisco or Boston and requires approximately 10% travel.
