About this role
The Senior Director, Business Applications will lead Olema's G&A business systems strategy and a high-performing team to scale, harden, and prepare enterprise systems for commercialization. This role partners with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, R&D and IT to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient solutions while driving digital transformation and AI/automation adoption. The position reports to the VP of Information Technology and is based in San Francisco or Boston with approximately 10% travel.
