The Senior Director, Climate & Rights at Greenpeace USA is a senior leadership role responsible for integrating the organization’s climate and democracy campaign portfolios into a unified strategic program. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the position is a 12-month full-time contract that manages the Climate Campaign Director and Democracy Campaign Director and works closely across legal, communications, engagement, development, and operations. The role is highly visible internally and externally, supports alignment with the global Greenpeace network, and is preferably based in Washington, D.C.
