Senior Director, Clinical Excellence

The Senior Director, Clinical Excellence provides enterprise leadership for clinical quality, standards, systems, and improvement across National Lutheran Communities & Services. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role focuses on establishing clinical standards, driving quality improvement, and serving as a trusted resource to community and executive leaders. The position requires a clinical leader who can turn data into actionable insights and develop clinical talent across multiple locations.
