Senior Director, Communications

The Senior Director, Communications serves as the strategic engine behind the company's enterprise narrative and corporate reputation, driving internal and external mobilization across North America. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role directs enterprise-wide communications, including external media, PR, and corporate reputation strategy, while architecting an internal communications engine to connect and mobilize teams. The position involves acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee, leading crisis communications, and modernizing the Communications Center of Excellence.
