Senior Director, Community Impact and Development

The Senior Director, Community Impact and Development provides strategic leadership for Augusta National Golf Club’s community impact and development efforts, carried out corporately and through affiliated charitable organizations. This role establishes and executes a comprehensive strategic plan to strengthen communities, advance workforce development, and improve local infrastructure. The position oversees program development, manages resources, and cultivates strong relationships with government agencies, nonprofits, and donors to drive measurable positive change.
