Senior Director- Conceptual Construction Group

The Senior Director serves as an Owner's representative and technical resource for Hines development and construction teams, supporting electrical system planning, design, budgeting, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The role coordinates consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver reliable, cost-effective, code-compliant systems consistent with project quality, schedule, and ownership objectives. This position involves advising on electrical distribution, lighting, life-safety systems, and related building systems while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
