The Senior Director, Continuous Optimization leads the systematic identification and implementation of operational improvement opportunities across the business, owning the company's continuous optimization agenda and value creation pipeline. This hands-on role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, profitability, and service quality through Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven problem solving.
