Senior Director, CRM Strategy & Operations

The Senior Director, CRM Strategy & Operations will lead BeOne’s global CRM vision, transforming CRM into a unified, intelligent, and compliant engagement platform that supports field, marketing, and medical teams. The role owns the end-to-end CRM ecosystem — strategy, design, governance, operations, and innovation — and partners closely with commercial, medical, and technology stakeholders across geographies. This position reports to the VP, Global Commercial & Medical Affairs Technology and focuses on enabling data-driven customer engagement and platform scalability.
