Senior Director, CS Enablement & Strategy

The Senior Director, CS Enablement & Strategy defines and drives the strategic vision, operational execution, and digital transformation of ModMed’s Customer Success Shared Services organization. This leader oversees four core functional pillars including CS Transformation, Technology & AI/Automation, Internal Enablement, and the CS PMO. The role involves architecting scalable customer operating models, governing enterprise CS technology platforms, and driving AI/automation adoption across the customer lifecycle. Additionally, the position leads cross-functional executive partnerships to align digital experience requirements and ensure organizational readiness.
