Senior Director, Design

As a Senior Director of Design at LifeStance Health, you will lead and scale the design organization to deliver cohesive patient experiences across all key user groups. You will define the design strategy, build and mentor multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with executives to ensure design thinking drives business goals and clinical outcomes in the mental health care sector.
