Senior Director, Development

The Senior Director of Development at City Year Chicago leads the site’s individual giving program, focused on securing philanthropic support from individuals across the Chicago metro. The role partners with senior leaders, board members, volunteers, and marketing to grow and sustain donor relationships and support major fundraising initiatives. This position reports to the Managing Director of Development.
