Senior Director – Engineering & Construction

This role involves overseeing all phases of construction and project management for newly acquired and existing commercial and multifamily assets, including tenant improvements, renovations, and building repairs. The position also provides underwriting and due diligence support for acquisitions, managing physical due diligence efforts and reviewing consultant reports for senior leadership. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple concurrent projects, manage contractors and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
