About this role

This role leads the Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Engineering organization, guiding a team of approximately 30 people to transform static reporting into proactive, intelligent analytics capabilities. The position involves defining a multi-year vision, managing budgets, and partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management to deliver governed data products and AI-enabled insights. The leader will drive the adoption of modern analytics engineering practices, including semantic modeling, exception-based systems, and generative AI access to enterprise data.

Responsibilities

Drive maturity of last-mile data architecture and semantic layers
Partner with Data Science to productize and visualize advanced models

Qualifications
