Senior Director, Facilities & Engineering

The Senior Director, Facilities & Engineering leads the newly established Facilities & Engineering function at Novavax AB in Uppsala, overseeing site engineering, property management, utility systems, maintenance, energy, EHS, and sustainability. This role is responsible for the overall strategy, leadership, and delivery of engineering and maintenance operations to ensure compliance, reliability, and continuous production of high-quality products. The position involves driving the site's energy and sustainability agenda, leading investment projects, and managing a cross-functional team while collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain departments.
