Senior Director, Field Services

The Senior Director, Field Services leads end-to-end service delivery for Hilliary Communications across rural and metro Oklahoma markets, overseeing FTTH, HFC/coax, copper, and WISP technologies. This role is accountable for statewide field execution, including order acceptance, provisioning, installation, activation, and repair. The position focuses on managing install commitments, service assurance, contractor performance, safety, and cost efficiency.
