Senior Director, Finance & Corporate Systems

The Senior Director, IT Finance is a strategic leader responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s financial systems landscape and aligning system capabilities with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role owns the product backlog across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Payroll, Audit, Investor Relations, Legal, and Revenue Recognition, and drives the implementation and ongoing management of Workday and other financial solutions. The position ensures compliance with auditable regulations and segregation of duties while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and scalability. The role balances core financial accountability with technology-driven transformation and governance.
