Senior Director, GCO Franchise Head

The GCO Franchise Head (Senior Director) leads clinical operations for the Breast and Women’s Cancers franchise, accountable for strategic operational planning and clinical performance across associated programs and assets. The role manages and develops the global GCPL/gCSM team, represents GCO within franchise leadership, and contributes clinical operations insights to shape R&D and execution strategies. It serves as a senior escalation point and spokesperson for the franchise on critical clinical matters.
