The Senior Director, Gene Therapy Operations (Apheresis) will lead Beam's Gene Therapy Operations within the Commercial Patient Operations organization, building and managing the apheresis team to enable commercial launch readiness for an ex vivo autologous gene therapy. This role defines strategy, oversees treatment center activation and qualification, and partners cross-functionally to ensure patient-centric execution and regulatory compliance.
