Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations to lead in-country payroll teams and partner with various internal and external stakeholders. The role oversees payroll operations for 30,000 employees globally, driving operational excellence, compliance, and a standardized, digitally enabled global payroll model. This position reports to the VP of HR Operations and provides strategic direction, governance, and risk leadership across in-house, local-provider, and global-provider payroll models.
