Senior Director, Head of Global Clinical Process Management

The Head of Global Clinical Process Management leads the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end clinical operations processes across multiple regions to enable seamless global oncology trials. This role provides strategic guidance and oversight for Global Process Excellence within Clinical Operations and partners with Clinical Development and Global Process Owners to drive continuous improvement. The position is a key COE leadership role responsible for shaping clinical operations strategy and ensuring process excellence across systems, SOPs, and cross-functional interfaces.
