About this role

The Division Sr. Director of Human Resources leads the global HR function for the Clutches & Brakes Division within Regal Rexnord's Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment. This role serves as a key strategic partner to the Division President, driving enterprise strategy through talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. The position manages all aspects of the division's human resources to support a workforce of nearly 2000 associates across 16 global sites.

Responsibilities

Lead the division's global human resources function
Develop and execute strategic talent management initiatives
Execute workforce planning based on organizational strategy
Manage performance management and leadership succession planning
Provide executive coaching to business unit HR leaders

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field8 years of HR business partner experience in a global industrial manufacturing environment3+ years of direct management experience leading an HR teamMaster's Degree or MBA preferred
