Senior Director responsible for driving Greystar’s industrial growth across the West Coast by identifying, sourcing, and securing land for development as well as selective value-add and core industrial investments. The role builds and maintains a pipeline of development-ready land and stabilized assets and leads pre-acquisition underwriting, due diligence oversight, and Investment Committee documentation.
