The Senior Director, Lean will lead Dexcom’s enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy, embedding daily problem‑solving, operational excellence, and frontline empowerment across global operations, quality, and supporting functions. This role drives sustainable improvements to enhance product quality, reliability, and patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a Gemba‑driven culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale enterprise-wide Kaizen and continuous improvement strategy
Embed Daily Management Systems and structured problem‑solving across operations
Champion Gemba‑driven culture with active frontline leader engagement
Facilitate high‑impact Kaizen events focused on quality, cost, and delivery
Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and R&D to prioritize initiatives
