The Senior Director Manufacturing Latin America leads the implementation and execution of Goodyear's operational and manufacturing strategies across the Latin America region. The role is accountable for the performance and results of regional tire manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives while promoting safety, quality, cost efficiency, and environmental stewardship. This position reports to the Vice President Manufacturing Americas & Global Goodyear Production System and supports cross-functional engagement with global and plant teams.
