Senior Director, Market Access

The Senior Director, Market Access will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for Kardigan's late-stage cardiovascular portfolio, shaping payer strategy, coverage policy, and access infrastructure from pre‑launch through commercialization. This role will build relationships with payers, oversee patient services programs, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure launch readiness and successful product access.
