About this role

The Senior Director: Mobility Planner will lead the end‑to‑end planning, operation and strategic management of a city‑wide multi‑modal mobility network for a giga‑project in Saudi Arabia. Reporting within the Operations & Maintenance division, the role oversees public transit, autonomous shuttles, active‑mobility infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems and financial cost‑recovery models to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable movement for millions of residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations of multi-modal transportation networks
Lead deployment and optimization of intelligent transportation systems
Oversee financial cost recovery and asset integration for mobility infrastructure
