About this role
Senior Director, Moneyball and Agentic Automation is a founding leadership role to build Armada’s data and AI “brain” from the ground up. The hire will define company-wide metrics and unit economics, create the modern data infrastructure, and lead the strategy for deploying autonomous AI agents to automate high-value workflows. This role reports to the Chief Business Officer, is greenfield, and will hire and scale a small elite team while initially contributing as an individual contributor.
