About this role

As Senior Director of Network Engineering, you will own the architecture, scale, and operation of the network connecting Crusoe's GPU fleet to power large-scale AI workloads. You will lead a 40-person engineering organization, set multi-year technical direction, and partner across compute, storage, and data center teams to ensure infrastructure reliability. This role requires driving strategy for network services while building a high-performing team focused on performance, automation, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Set and drive multi-year strategy for network services across data centers and cloud
Build and lead a team of network software engineers and architects
Architect high-scale routing and segmentation using BGP and EVPN
Optimize traffic to support AI/ML training and distributed compute workloads
Own network uptime and performance including incident response and root-cause analysis
