The Senior Biopharmaceutical Strategy Leader will drive high-priority strategic initiatives and guide portfolio planning to maximize the value of Flagship’s therapeutic platforms and assets. The role partners across Product & Partnering, internal R&D, and partnering units and reports to the Chief Operating Officer, Product & Partnering. The ideal candidate combines deep scientific training with strategic and operational leadership experience, with a preference for senior consulting experience and exposure to biotech or pharma R&D.
