About this role

Senior Director of Engineering – Facilities and Utilities will lead site operations for facilities, utilities, and engineering at a new advanced API manufacturing site, driving startup readiness and long-term GMP manufacturing capability. The role is a member of the Lilly Site Lead Team and partners across functions to establish infrastructure, systems, and site culture for successful project delivery and operations. The position spans project delivery/startup through sustaining operational excellence after site transition to full-scale manufacturing.
