The Senior Director of Operations at OLLY will lead contract manufacturing, procurement operations, and innovation across the VMS Co-Op, reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. The role focuses on scaling operations, strengthening supplier partnerships, and driving product innovation while ensuring capacity planning, quality compliance, and cost optimization. This position partners cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and Finance and builds and mentors a high-performing team.
