About this role

The Senior Director, Operations leads all operational activities at a manufacturing and distribution facility, overseeing cultivation, processing, laboratory, extraction, packaging, order fulfillment, engineering, maintenance, materials management, and logistics. The role standardizes site practices to corporate Center of Excellence initiatives, drives delivery through key operational metrics, and fosters continuous improvement across teams. This position reports to the Vice President, Operations and focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing facility performance.
