Senior Director, Operations

The Senior Director, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale, highly automated Direct-to-Consumer Customer Fulfillment Center. This role drives end-to-end operational performance across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping while optimizing the interaction between people, process, automation, and technology.
