About this role

The Senior Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leads Innophos’ company-wide EHS strategy, setting standards, culture, and systems to protect employees, communities, and operations. This role oversees corporate EHS programs, chairs the Corporate Health & Safety Steering Team, and ensures compliance across multiple manufacturing sites. It operates in a highly visible, matrixed environment, partnering closely with functions such as Manufacturing, Regulatory, Legal, HR, R&D, and Commercial. The position requires significant travel and offers a hybrid schedule based at headquarters or designated production facilities.
