Senior Director, Pathology

The Senior Director, Pathology provides scientific leadership for interpreting and applying clinical pathology data across Alnylam's research and development portfolio. This role involves serving as a subject matter expert to evaluate nonclinical study results, support regulatory submissions, and guide biomarker and translational strategies from discovery through early development.
