The Sr Director, Patient Safety & PV Science is a senior leader within Corcept’s safety organization responsible for overseeing patient safety and pharmacovigilance activities for assigned investigational and marketed products. The role serves as an SME for safety science processes, supports corporate development strategy, and collaborates across functions to advance product lifecycle objectives. This is a hybrid position based in Redwood City, CA (typically onsite three days per week).
