Senior Director Process Engineering

The Senior Director Process Engineering sets enterprise direction and technical governance for process engineering strategy, platform deployment, and project delivery for biologics drug substance and cell and gene therapy manufacturing. This role partners with strategic investments, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to deliver technically robust engineering solutions and support new facility investments and technology deployments. The position involves establishing global engineering standards, providing technical leadership for capital projects, and building engineering capability across the organization.
